This declaration establishes BAGGED™ Free To Move™ as the foundational utility for autonomous physical asset movement.
The Declaration
For decades, the global movement of personal and high-value assets has remained a critical blind spot in the evolution of the Industrial and Internet Ages. While data now moves at the speed of light, physical objects remain tethered to archaic, human-intensive systems.
CLUB 111 The Idea Fountain LLC was established to resolve this systemic friction. Today, we formally recognize the transition of our flagship solution, BAGGED™ "Free To Move™", from a logistics concept to a foundational Global Utility of Autonomous Movement.
The Source of Truth: Our Infrastructure
To protect the integrity of our vision and the interests of our strategic partners, CLUB 111 defines the following proprietary pillars as the "Operating System" of the Physical Internet:
- The AI Diligence Engine™: Our core intelligence layer, built natively on the Google Cloud Platform, utilizing Vertex AI to manage the "Chain of Custody" and predictive routing for physical assets across international borders.
- The AMCU™ (Autonomous Mobile Checkgate Unit): Our patent-pending hardware gateway. The AMCU™ is the "router" of the physical world—a secure, autonomous port that ensures the immutable transfer of assets between humans and the autonomous grid.
- Project Zero: The first-of-a-kind (FOAK) autonomous infrastructure facility and city-wide grid. Commencing in Atlanta, Project Zero serves as the global blueprint for a "frictionless" urban corridor where assets move independently of the traveler.
