1.0 Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement governs your use of the BAGGED™ Free to Move™ service (the "Service"), provided by CLUB 111 The Idea Fountain LLC (the "Company"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.0 Customer Responsibilities and Liability

2.1. User Representations and Warranties

The User represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights and permissions to provide their luggage and any associated data to the Company. The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including ensuring that any items placed in luggage do not violate any local, state, or federal laws.

2.2. Limitation of Liability

The User agrees that the Company's liability for loss, damage, or delay of luggage will be limited. The Company is not responsible for any fragile or perishable items, and certain items (e.g., flammable materials) are prohibited from transport.

2.3. Authentication and Verification

The User agrees to comply with all security and authentication procedures established by the Company for pickup and delivery. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service or additional liability.

Privacy Policy

1.0 Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, book a service, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery addresses, and payment information.

We also automatically collect information about your interactions with our services, as is common practice with online platforms. This includes:

By utilizing the BAGGED™ Free To Move™ service (the "Service"), you ("User") implicitly agree to the terms outlined in this Data Policy. You acknowledge that the Service generates unique and valuable data derived from the exclusive movement and logistics of your luggage. You agree that this data is subject to monetization and that CLUB 111 The IDEA Fountain LLC reserves the exclusive rights to custody, manage, facilitate, and use this data as its sole property.

1.1 Data Ownership and Rights

The User acknowledges and agrees that all data, information, or content submitted to, collected by, or processed through the BAGGED™ Free To Move™ service (hereinafter "Data") is, and shall remain, the exclusive property of CLUB 111 The IDEA Fountain LLC (hereinafter "Company"). The Company reserves and shall have the exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable right to:

Custody: Store, hold, and maintain possession of all Data.
Manage: Organize, structure, and control the Data.
Facilitate: Use the Data to provide and improve the services, and for other legitimate business purposes, including developing and distributing anonymized or aggregated indicators for third parties.
Use: Analyze and utilize the Data to operate the service and personalize the User's experience.
Transfer: Transfer the Data to third parties as necessary to provide the services.

1.2 Data Monetization

The Company monetizes the Data it collects through the following activities:

Targeted advertising: We use your data to create profiles that are used for targeted advertising. While we do not sell your personal information directly, we sell access to targeted advertising space to our advertising partners.
Data analytics products: We create and license aggregated, de-identified data insights to third parties. These analytics products provide market research and business intelligence to our partners.

1.3 Data Protection

To protect user privacy while still leveraging valuable insights, we may de-identify or aggregate Data so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We may use and share this anonymized or aggregated data for various business purposes, including analysis, research, and marketing. We will not attempt to re-identify this data.

1.5 Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, or for other legitimate business needs.
